Who is responsible. Dachsonne, Basel region, reachable at anfrage@dachsonne.ch. This address also reaches the contact person for privacy questions.

What data is collected. Through the form on dachsonne.ch: street, postcode, town, house type, heating type, approximate electricity use, first name, last name, phone, email, preferred time to call and whatever you write in the free-text field. When you visit the site, technical data such as IP address, browser and page visited is processed by the hosting provider to run the site.

Why. So that an installer from the Basel region can contact you about your solar enquiry, assess your roof, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. The basis is your enquiry and the consent you give in the form.

Who receives the data. Exactly one installer from the Basel region, who contacts you and, if you are interested, handles planning, the quote and the installation. There is no transfer to other solar providers, comparison portals or address brokers.

Service providers. The form is transmitted via a form service, the site runs on Vercel, emails are sent via Resend (EU region), and visitor numbers are counted without cookies. These providers may process data in the EU and in the USA. For the USA we rely on standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies for advertising or tracking. Should that change, we will ask you first.

How long. Enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last contact, unless an order resulted. Then the retention periods of the contract apply.

Your rights. You can request information, have data corrected or deleted and withdraw your consent at any time. One email to anfrage@dachsonne.ch is enough.
